Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days if placed before 5 PM EST. Orders placed after this after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Business Days: Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. 

 

Please note: Overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. If you chose to opt out of shipping insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, a second shipping fee of $9 will apply to resend the packages to the correct address.
